U7 COED
Ages 5-6 (birth year 2018-2019)
The U7 program is played 3 on 3 with half court games and a skills session to reduce costs and help develop skills. The U7 play with a smaller "Rage Cage" net. The number of teams is determined by the number of players registered. They will be divided on to teams by a draft system taking in consideration area and age.
Required equipment includes: hockey/lacrosse helmet, hockey/lacrosse gloves, jock/jill and mouth guard. Volleyball type knee pads, hockey/lacrosse shoulder pads and hockey elbow / lacrosse slash guards are optional but recommended. Players will also require their own stick. Stick shafts should be short shafts either bought or cut to length between 24inch-28inch (with overall length of 34inch-38inch), depending on height of player.
Cost: $195 Registration fee
U9 COED
Ages 7-8 (birth year 2016-2017)

Ages 9-10 (birth year 2014-2015)
The U11 age group for lacrosse is the first introduction to modified contact. U11 is played full court, with 5 runners and a goalie. The number of teams is determined by the number of players registered. They will be divided on to teams by a draft system taking in consideration area, age, and left/right handed shooters.Ideally there are two goalies per team who plays goal all season, otherwise each player takes turn trying goalie.
Required equipment includes: hockey/lacrosse helmet, hockey/lacrosse gloves, jock/jill, mouth guard, hockey/lacrosse shoulder pads, hockey elbow / lacrosse slash guards, box lacrosse bicep pads and box lacrosse kidney/rib guards. Players will also require their own stick. Stick shafts should be short shafts either bought or cut to length between 24inch-28inch (with overall length of 34inch-38inch), depending on height of player.
If numbers permit all female teams can be formed.
Cost: $365 Registration Fee, plus practice floor time, the Gryphons Riley Schau Memorial Tournament and outside tournaments that your team decides to enter.

The U13 age group - Players should be learning and developing more skills and strategies for game play. The number of teams is determined by the number of players registered. They will be divided on to teams by a draft system taking in consideration, area, age, and left/right handed shooters. Ideally teams will have two dedicated goalies.
Required equipment includes, hockey/lacrosse helmet, hockey/lacrosse gloves, jock/jill, mouth guard, hockey/lacrosse shoulder pads, hockey elbow / lacrosse slash guards, box lacrosse bicep pads and box lacrosse kidney/rib guards. Players will also require their own stick. Stick shafts should be between 28inch-30inch (with overall length of 38inch-40inch), depending on height of player.
If numbers permit all female teams can be formed.
Cost: $385 Registration Fee, plus practice floor time, the Sidewinders Jim Hunt Memorial Tournament and outside tournaments that your team decides to enter.
U15 COED
Ages 13-14 (birth year 2010 - 2011)
The U15 age group - Players should be learning and developing even more skills and strategies for game play then at the U13. The number of teams is determined by the number of players registered. They will be divided on to teams by a draft system taking in consideration, area, age, strength/ability, and left/right handed shooters. Ideally teams will have two dedicated goalies.
Required equipment includes: hockey/lacrosse helmet, lacrosse gloves, jock/jill, mouth guard, box lacrosse shoulder pads, box lacrosse slash guards, box lacrosse bicep pads and box lacrosse kidney/rib guards. Players will also require their own stick. Stick shafts should generally be standard attack length of 30inch (with overall length of 40inch).
If numbers permit all female teams can be formed.

U17 COED
Ages 15-16 (birth year 2008 - 2009)

Ages 17-21 (Birth Years 2003-2007)
The JR age group - Players should be learning and developing even more skills and strategies for game play then at the U17. The number of teams is determined by the number of players registered. They will be divided on to teams by a draft system to help ensure teams are equal in strength, ability, and left/right handed shooters. Ideally teams will have two dedicated goalies.
Required equipment includes: lacrosse helmet, lacrosse gloves, jock/jill, mouth guard, box lacrosse shoulder pads, box lacrosse slash guards, box lacrosse bicep pads and box lacrosse kidney/rib guards. Players will also require their own stick. Stick shafts can be attack, transition or box defence length.
If numbers permit all female teams can be formed.
